Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival Colombo Airport / Negambo

Arrival Colombo Airport / Negambo 

Arrival to Bandaranaike International Airport. Warm welcome and traditional greeting in the airport lobby with the company representatives. Transfer to Negombo and check-in at hotel according to flight arrival times.

Day 2 - Negambo / Nuwara Eliya

Negambo / Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast check-out transfer to Nuwara Eliya. En-route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, Tea Factory and tea garden and beautiful waterfalls

PINNAWALA ELEPHANT ORPHANAGE

Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (PEO) is a captive elephant-based recreation facility. It is the first elephant orphanage established in Sri Lanka. Besides, it is also used as a breeding center of elephants, which belong to the National Zoo in Sri Lanka.

Day 3 - Nuwara Eliya / ELLA

Nuwara Eliya / ELLA
On this day we will be transferring to Ella, which is very close to Nuwara Eliya but has some beautiful activities and excursions to cover.

  • Journey Duration:  01 hrs. 55 minutes 

 

There are viewpoints, chena cultivation, flying cables, etc., if you wish. Below are the activities: 

  • Hike to Ella Rock View Point / Nine Arch Bridge 
  • Etili Village Tour (Chena Cultivation) – An entire village which survives on cultivation of Chena 
  • Flying Ravana (Cable Ziplining / Arrow shooting / Quad Bikes) 
  • Experience food in Ella Night Life 
  • Enjoy a comfortable overnight in Ella .

Day 4 - ELLA / YALA

ELLA / YALA

After breakfast check-out and transfer to Yala. It’s a long drive that tends to last all day, but there are plenty of places to stop along the way to enjoy some local food.

  • Journey Duration:  02 hrs. 55 minutes 

 

Morning and afternoon jeep excursions in the park in search of leopards and other wildlife. In between, you will have time to enjoy the hotel’s pool and take a walk on the beach.

Day 5 - YALA / BENTOTA

  • Breakfast at hotel 

On this day we would be having breakfast and checking out from Ella to head towards Down South of Sri Lanka where the beautiful beaches are expecting us. On the way we would be visiting some places mentioned below.

  • Journey Duration: 03 hrs. 15 minutes
