Arrive at Ljubljana Airport and meet our representative at the pick-up point.
The tour begins in front of the Town Hall, a building with a rich history now used as the seat of the City Municipality of Ljubljana. From the Town Hall and the Robba Fountain in front of it you will go on a walk around the historical city centre during which you will learn about the history of all the city’s major sights. The walk will take you across the Cobblers’ Bridge and past the National and University Library and the Križanke Summer Theatre to the Kongresni trg square, from where you will continue to the Prešernov trg square, dominated by the Franciscan Church and connected to the Triple Bridge, and further on to Plečnik’s Market and the Cathedral. Just a short walk from there is the bottom station of Ljubljana’s funicular railway, which brings you to Ljubljana Castle, the city’s most prominent sight. The castle’s Outlook Tower offers the most beautiful views of the city, while its interior houses several museum displays and other exhibitions. Transfer to your booked hotel in Ljubljana and complete the check-in process.

First, you’ll be taken to Postojna to explore the mysteries of one of the most beautiful karst caves in Slovenia. After a tour of the Postojna Cave, consisting of a 27-kilometer underground system of tunnels, galleries, and chambers, you will visit the mysterious Predjama Castle, built into a cave in a cliff face, which had inspired a whole string of tales and legends. Stop For an Optional Lunch at a local restaurant After visiting Postojna Cave you will be taken to the charming lake resort of Bled, famous for a church on an island in the middle of a lake, a medieval castle perched on a cliff high above the lake, and splendid views of the surrounding Alpine peaks. Take a walk around the lake and you may taste the ‘kremšnita’ vanilla-custard-and-cream cake, one of the best-known Slovenian desserts.
